" We are a private luxury transportation company whose fleet includes 2023 and 2024 Ford Transit passenger vans. We have purchased and installed 2 AMP Research running board kits from Richard and the good folks at Northwest Overland and couldn't be happier. With the first running board, which we purchased earlier this year, there was a glitch with the software module. When Richard learned of the issue, he made arrangements to have a new module shipped overnight so the installation could resume the next day, minimizing vehicle downtime. We acquired our second van on very short notice, and Richard went out of his way the day before a holiday to ensure the running boards shipped right away so they could be installed in time for a large group event that we had scheduled utilizing that van. Richard and his team came through and the event was a success. As we continue to grow and add more vans to our fleet, Northwest Overland will be our first call for accessories.
