UNPLUG BLACK PLUG THAT GOES INTO BOARD
PLUG BLACK PLUG BACK IN
TURN VEHICLE ON – YOU WILL SEE RED LIGHT ON THE PCB BOARD TURN ON
PRESS AND HOLD THE DOOR SWITCH 10 SECONDS.
THIS SHOULD RESET THE BOARD

Do you know if it is passable to set the door so that it only opens 1/2 way and close again?
Yes this is a option on the PCB Board
Do you have a separate electric sliding door remote to open the door and close?
Yes this is an option.
- This option is as following or the original key or separate remote controls
- The additional remote controls has to be purchased separately
on page 23 it says “optional! For high roof only upper lock assy” Do I need to do this install work? Was it part of the kit? And should I install it?
The upper locker are mostly used when the vehicle is a H3, this locker prevent that the sliding door can start vibrating in wind when driving.
It is according the customer if he find it needed to install the upper locker, some do and some don’t
If you refer back to image 29 and 30 in the install manual there seems to be some connector not installed on this van, or is there a workaround to this discrepancy?
In case there are no original contacts on the sliding door please contact the to as shown of the front door.
So seems the issue is the push pull actuator doesn’t seem to be in sink with the closing sequence….the door doesn’t lock properly an takes 3 times to lock.

Belt Change Instructions.
- If the belt is still connected on one side you can tape it to the new one and pull the old out, this will lead the new in..
- -remove the 3 bolts that hold the gear motor to disconnect the motor from the main drive assembly.
- -Then remove the 4 bolts that hold the main drive assembly.
- – lower the main drive assembly to get access to the top to remove the old & install the new belt
- -Reinstall the main drive assembly
- – Reinstall the gear motor
- – Connect the belt to the door
