Returns & Exchanges

At Northwest Overland, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s), provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them

  • Items must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required (e.g., order confirmation email)

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Special orders, backorders, and pre-orders (unless explicitly stated as returnable)

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

Return Shipping

  • Free shipping covers delivery only; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

  • For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately to arrange a prepaid return label

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days
