At Northwest Overland, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item(s), provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping

Free shipping covers delivery only; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error

For defective or incorrect items, please contact us immediately to arrange a prepaid return label
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days
