At Northwest Overland, we are pleased to offer international shipping for our parts. However, due to the nature of international transactions and to ensure secure payment, the following terms and conditions apply:
Payment Methods
- Wire Transfer Only: For international customers, we primarily accept wire transfer as the method of payment. Unfortunately, we do not accept credit card payments for international orders at this time.
- Other Accepted Payment Methods:
- We also accept payments through Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal.
- For PayPal payments, the payment must be made using the address we are shipping to. Orders will only be processed if the PayPal shipping address matches the delivery address.
Order Minimum
- Minimum Purchase Requirement: All international orders are subject to a $1,000 minimum purchase. This is exclusive of shipping costs, taxes, and any additional fees.
Shipping Costs
- Please note that international shipping costs may be higher than the price of the product itself depending on your location and shipping method.
- If you have your own shipping account (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS), it can make shipping easier, and in such cases, the $1,000 minimum purchase requirement does not apply.
Restocking Fee & Cancellations
- Any canceled or returned international orders will be subject to a 30% restocking fee.
- Returns or cancellations will be at the purchaser’s expense, including any shipping costs and associated fees.
Final Notes
- By placing an international order, you agree to these terms, including the possibility of shipping costs exceeding the product value and the 30% restocking fee for any cancellations or returns.
